Chef De Partie (CDP) – Rosette/Michelin level – Birmingham – £28,000-32,000

Tonic are searching for a Chef de Partie to join our client’s Michelin starred kitchen in Birmingham. The ideal Chef de Partie will have a natural passion for fresh food cooking and be committed to developing and growing their career. This role will provide you with additional training and development to go to the next level. The successful Chef de Partie will be joining one of the best kitchens in the country. 

Desirable qualities in Chef de Partie applicants at this level will include;

  • 3 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen with AT LEAST TWO ROSETTES at Chef de Partie level
  • A team player who is comfortable supporting the senior team
  • A true passion for food, ingredients and current trends
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
  • Drive, ambition, and commitment to your career
