Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the brigade at their busy daytime kitchen operation in Moreton-in-Marsh. As Chef de Partie, you’ll run your own section, deliver high-quality fresh food to a consistent standard, and play your part in keeping service tight through the busy periods. The trade is seasonal, with Christmas the standout period, so it suits a chef who thrives when the kitchen steps up a gear. If you want to cook to a high standard and still keep your evenings, this is a genuine one.

What are we looking for from Chef de Partie candidates?

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis, ready to step up
• Confident running a section independently under pressure
• Good understanding of kitchen operations, food safety and hygiene standards
• A team player with high standards and pride in consistent, quality food
• Reliable, organised and calm when service builds
• Food Hygiene Level 2
