Your primary focus will be to develop menus and innovative ideas for all of our clients’ superb restaurants. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with suppliers, visiting their operations and hosting them for events and team training sessions. What we’re looking for in Development Chef candidates…
Development Chef experience for high-end restaurants is highly desirable
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as Sous Chef or higher in Michelin-starred restaurants
Experience with a wide range of techniques, such as fermentation/preservation
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
A collaborative approach
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
