The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a reputable fast-food, high-street brand. The role will be extremely hands-on and operational. What qualities does our client want to see in their General Managers?
·Experience at General Manager or Assistant Manager role within a high volume, fast-paced branded restaurant
·Passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious. You will be hands-on, getting stuck into all aspects of the business, both on the floor and in the kitchen.
·Demonstrate and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and be accountable for the entire customer journey
·Oversee our kitchen team ensuring the store operates with top-class food safety standards and oversee the quality of our produce
·Create a fun environment in your store where you support and develop your team
·Drive top-class operations including managing labour, food and wastage costs
