As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, leading and developing a team while upholding the standards and reputation this restaurant has worked hard to build. What are we looking for from Head Chef candidates?

• Proven Senior Sous/Head Chef experience within a quality-led, fresh food kitchen
• Background in Rosette or Michelin-accredited operations is highly desirable
• Creative approach to seasonal menus, with ideas you are ready to back with execution
• A genuine team leader who develops and motivates the people around them
• CV that demonstrates loyalty and longevity with previous employers
• Positive, hands-on attitude with high personal standards on the pass
