Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client’s prestigious B&I contract catering site near Marylebone. Working alongside the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 15, creating exciting, innovative menus for their retail space. You must be passionate about sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and comfortable catering for large numbers of 1000+

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years of B&I retail experience at Head Chef level
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
