Tonic are recruiting for a Hospitality Head Chef to join our client’s prestigious B&I contract catering site in the City of London. You will be responsible for a team of x8 (6x chefs, 2x KPs), creating exciting, innovative menus for their high-level hospitality (3 rosette level). You must be passionate about sourcing seasonal ingredients and creating menus for daily numbers of 300-500.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years of B&I contract catering and or events experience at Head Chef level
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A driven and inspirational team leader who relishes motivating and developing others, getting the very best from their team everyday
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
