Tonic are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join one of our client’s fresh food, private education contracts in Oxford. The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have a natural passion for fresh food cooking, be comfortable working as part of a team and be front-facing with the customer. This role will provide you with additional training and development to develop and grow in your career.

Desirable qualities in Junior Sous Chef applicants at this level will include;

  • 3 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen
  • NVQ or equivalent level 3 qualification
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
  • Drive, ambition, and commitment to your career
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and working with a team
