Tonic are currently supporting our client’s popular street food restaurant with the search for a new Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in Birmingham City Centre. As Kitchen Manager, you will be fully accountable for managing the kitchen operation for this fast-paced, fresh food operation.

What are we looking for from Kitchen Manager candidates?

• You must have experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or Sous Chef within casual dining
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
