Manager, Wine Retail and Wine Bar, £35,000 per annum plus Tips, Solihull

Tonic are recruiting a Wine Bar & Wine Retail Manager for an award-winning wine shop and bar in Solihull. You will be hands-on and integral to the guest experience, driving sales and standards.

What are we looking for in the successful manager?

• A natural host with outstanding guest service skills
• A proactive and flexible approach with strong attention to detail
• Solid wine knowledge – WSET qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and the guest journey
• Management experience within a small, independent business is highly desirable
