Tonic are searching for a Pastry Sous Chef to join our client’s outstanding hospitality venue in Manchester. Our client is a global leader in hospitality and is looking for Pastry Sous Chef candidates at the top of their game. You’ll support the Head Pastry Chef in all areas of the kitchen including menus, rotas and team training.

Desirable qualities in Pastry Sous Chef applicants at this level :

  • Two or more year’s experience as a Pastry Chef
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career
  • Clear stable progression and loyalty to previous employers must be shown on your CV
  • Fine dining experience is highly desirable
  • A team player who enjoys developing their team
  • Managing Food Safety – Level 3 qualification
