Tonic are searching for a Restaurant General Manager to run our client’s stunning restaurant located just outside of Birmingham city centre. Our client is looking for their Restaurant General Manager to be a highly driven, passionate individual who lives and breathes hospitality, who has strong experience within quality food-led, operations. What we are looking for in the successful Restaurant General Manager?
- Management/supervisory experience within a quality food and beverage business (ideally Michelin)
- A natural passion for food, wine and service
- A loyal and trustworthy individual who has shown clear stable progression throughout their career
- A team player who creates strong relationships with their team and guests is vital to this role
- Knowledge of BOH systems, payroll and P&L management is desirable but not essential – it could be taught to someone with the right experience in other areas
