Restaurant Manager – Derbyshire – Daytime Hours – Up to £35,000 – 40 Hours Per Week

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week – Daytime operation – no late nights
Bonus: Discretionary annual performance bonus

We’re looking for a strong, commercially focused Restaurant Manager to take ownership of a well-established operation and lead it with confidence and autonomy. The Restaurant Manager role – 

  • Lead the restaurant operation day to day, setting the standard for service and performance
  • Drive financial results through effective labour control, cost management, and stock accuracy
  • Analyse performance reports and make informed operational decisions
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Front of House team
  • Manage employee relations professionally and work closely with other departments when required
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and consistent brand standards
  • Maintain full compliance across health & safety, food safety, and internal systems
