Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum plus £3,000-4,000 tips

Tonic are searching for a Sous Chef to join our client’s 3 Rosette, fine dining restaurant in rural Warwickshire. This restaurant is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes based on hyper-seasonality. The ideal Sous chef will be friendly, adaptable and have a natural passion for food. Live in accommodation is available on-site. The ideal candidate will be an experienced CDP looking to make the step up to their first sous role.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • Min 5 years experience working in a 3 rosette /Michelin starred kitchen at CDP level
  • A friendly and professional approach, with a great attitude towards work
  • Knowledge and passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
