Sous Chef, 4-day week, B&I Contract Catering, City of London

Tonic are recruiting for an evening Sous Chef to join our client’s B&I contract in the City of London. As Sous Chef you will oversee the staff dining for the contracts evening service with a focus on fresh, forward-thinking menu choices with the freedom and autonomy to create.

What we are looking for in Sous Chef candidates:

  • A minimum of 2 years as Sous Chef in fresh food kitchens
  • B&I experience is desirable but a proven background within hotels and restaurants is essential
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest food trends
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Comfortable front-facing and interacting with customers
