Tonic are looking for an ambitious and hardworking junior sous chef with the enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant.

Based in Manchester, the client is an award-winning, multi-concept operator delivering world-class food, drink and entertainment. As a member of their food crew, you’ll be a valuable part of a team that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You’ll work alongside their Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
