It is official – No and Low drinking is not a trend; It’s here to stay!

It makes great business sense to expand your no/low selections and encourage the teams to get out there and sell these great new drinks. However, it’s hard to know where to start with these drinks – How do we price them? What are the options out there? Do I really need a selection; surely having a non-alcoholic beer in the fridge is enough?

This session aims to answer these questions and many more, alongside samples of some delicious NA drinks. Shell from We Recover Loudly and Arron from Let’s Push Things Forward have combined forces for this session, to bring their ultimate guide to crafting a business-winning non-alcoholic drink programme in your bars, hotels or restaurants.
Join us for the afternoon where Shell and Arron will be discussing:

* Why you should be offering more non-alcoholic drinks
* What is the customer profile of the person who is ordering these drinks (HINT it is not people who do not drink!)
* No and Low mixology 101
* How to tailor your drink selection
* How to format and price a no and low drink menu
* Staff training for success.

They will be joined by Anita from Lyre’s who will be discussing their incredible range of spirit alternatives.  They will also be handing out samples of the soon-to-be officially launched The Pathfinder, a fermented and distilled hemp-based liquid with an intense flavour and aromatic characteristics of a spirit, with none of the harmful effects of alcoholic beverages.

A great afternoon of delicious drinks, useful and usable information and of course some awesome networking!
