Tonic are recruiting an assistant manager for a wine and deli bar in Birmingham City Centre. You will be hands-on, supporting the team and being integral to the guest experience and driving standards.
What we are looking for in the successful assistant manager candidate?
Excellent guest service skills with a helpful attitude
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Wine knowledge would be desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A genuine passion for hospitality and the customer journey
Previous experience in a small independent business would be desirable.
