Tonic are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join one of our client’s fresh food, contract catering operations in Oxford. The ideal Chef de Partie will have a natural passion for fresh food cooking and be committed to developing and growing their career. This role will offer a work-life balance, but also provide you with additional training and development to go to the next level.

5 over 7 days but with rotation, straight shifts, 40 per week, and extended time off
Desirable qualities in Chef de Partie applicants at this level will include;
3 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen at Chef de Partie level
A team player who is comfortable supporting the senior team
A true passion for food, ingredients and current trends
Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
