Tonic are supporting our client with the recruitment of a General Manager for their new restaurant opening in Bristol. As General Manager, you will be integral to the pre-opening planning including recruitment, setting the standards and building this exciting new restaurant’s reputation in the region.

The restaurant is set to open in mid-March.
