This is a business with real heritage and a loyal local following, and it needs someone who can honour that while pushing it forward. You’ll take full ownership of the site, from driving commercial performance to building a team that delivers warm, genuine hospitality every service. It’s a hands-on role for someone who wants real autonomy and the backing of an established, growing group behind them.
What are we looking for from General Manager candidates?
At least 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in a quality branded restaurant environment
A track record of running busy, high-volume operations
Strong commercial acumen, confident managing budgets and P&L
Genuine passion for food, drink and service standards
A coach and developer of people, not just a manager of shifts
Hands-on leadership style, visible on the floor and in the kitchen
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
