Tonic are recruiting a Head Chef for our client’s unique restaurant and bar in Birmingham City Centre. The menu offers modern, casual dining with a real focus on quality. You’ll need experience with high volume, managing big teams and overseeing busy services!

• Excellent length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• At least three years at Head Chef or Executive Head Chef level
• Fully accountable for your department’s performance
