Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client’s intimate, neighbourhood-style restaurant in central Birmingham. The company is looking for a Head Chef to oversee a small team, and build on its growing reputation as one of Birmingham’s most popular dining experiences.

What are we looking for from the successful Head Chef?

  • Experience in quality, fresh food restaurants
  • 3 years experience as Sous Chef and above is essential for this role
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients & food trends
