Our client is a market leader within their sector, with the financial backing and operational infrastructure to match. This is a daytime role with no evening service, offering a genuine work-life balance that is rare at Head Chef level. You will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading the brigade and delivering consistently high-quality food across all service periods.

What are we looking for from Head Chef candidates?

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to make the step up
  • Comfortable running a fresh food operation to a consistently high standard
  • Confident leading and developing a kitchen team
  • Organised and disciplined, with a strong grasp of food safety and compliance
