Our clients have identified a gap in the Nottingham market for a high-end, high-volume, pan-Asian restaurant and bar offering, and we are looking for a top-class, proven Head Chef to oversee the entire BOH operation. This is a new opening (June/July 2025) with an investment of close to £3million. Hence, we are looking for the best of the best.
