Tonic has partnered with a market-leading, B&I contract caterer, which is recruiting for a Head Chef at their prestigious corporate contract in Canary Wharf. As Head Chef, you’ll have full autonomy over the daily kitchen operation, leading a talented brigade of 20+ and crafting exciting, innovative menus that will energise a bustling retail space.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 2 years of B&I retail experience at Head Chef level
• Clear evidence of catering for 2000+ people per day
• Expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, and new concepts
