Tonic Tonic are currently recruiting for a Head Chef on behalf of our client’s busy, quality-driven pub in Birmingham. This well-established venue has earned a strong reputation for exceptional food and consistency. As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, delivering high-quality, freshly prepared dishes in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring, developing, and motivating your team, while ensuring the outstanding standards and reputation the business is known for are not only maintained, but continually elevated.

What we are looking for in Head Chef candidates:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef
• A genuine passion for fresh, quality ingredients
• Confidence in leading the team
• Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent attention to detail in consistency and presentation
