Tonic Talent are currently recruiting a Head Chef for our client’s country pub in Derbyshire near Chesterfield. This pub has lots of character and charm and is a firm favourite among locals and visitors. The pub offers a selection of guest ales and fresh food daily.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

• 2 years of senior sous chef/head chef experience in fresh food operations.
• A passion for ingredients, food trends and flavours
• Friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
• A real team player who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• Clear stable progression must be shown throughout your CV
