Tonic Talent are currently seeking a Head Chef to oversee the brigade at our client’s fresh-food kitchen operation. As Head Chef, you will be skilled at delivering high-quality, fresh food in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will also include leading, developing, and motivating the kitchen team to uphold the superb standards and reputation that our client has established.

What we are looking for in Head Chef candidates:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a fresh food operation
  • Strong commercial awareness with a solid track record of managing food costs and margins
  • Confident people leader who can motivate teams and handle pressure calmly and professionally
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable with systems, audits, and kitchen administration
