Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Head of Hospitality for a landmark new leisure destination opening in the heart of Central London. As Head of Hospitality, you will own the entire F&B and hospitality P&L, lead a broad team across all floors, and report directly to the Director. This is a pre-opening appointment at a significant venue, and the successful candidate will be in place well ahead of the 2027 launch to recruit, induct and build the hospitality team. This role requires genuine hands-on leadership in the evenings, late nights, and weekends, and that commitment must be understood from the outset.

What are we looking for from Head of Hospitality candidates?

• GM level with demonstrable experience leading a full F&B and hospitality operation at scale
• Large-footfall venues, multi-outlet operations or major leisure destinations preferred
• Strong track record in recruitment, onboarding and training, given the volume of hospitality hiring this role will lead
• Proven people leadership across large, diverse teams, with a clear commitment to inclusive and equitable management practice
• Comfortable working within a corporate structure, taking central direction on marketing, F&B and IT while still contributing operationally
• Breadth across global cuisine and beverage, particularly Pan-Asian and European, is an advantage
• Financially literate, with full P&L accountability experience
• Energetic, sharp and career-focused
