Tonic is searching for a Sous Chef to join our client’s fine-dining restaurant in Birmingham City Centre. As Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Head chef, who will offer you training, support, and mentorship. 

What are we looking for from the successful Sous Chef candidate? 

  • As Sous Chef, you will be able to demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is key
  • You will have previous experience working to at least 2 rosette level 
  • This Sous Chef opportunity would suit someone who is already in a similar role or looking for a step up from a Junior Sous chef or CDP position
