Tonic are recruiting a supervisor for a local wine and deli bar in Selly Oak.
As a Supervisor, you will be hands-on, supporting the team and being integral to the guest experience and drive standards.

What we are looking for in a Supervisor:

• Excellent guest service skills with a helpful attitude
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Wine knowledge would be desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the customer journey
• Previous experience in a small independent business would be desirable.
