We’re partnering with a relaxed yet professional independent restaurant in Birmingham, known for serving delicious, fresh food in a warm and welcoming setting. They’re now looking for a confident Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the GM and help lead the team from the floor.

The Role of the Assistant Restaurant Manager will: 

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead from the front, setting the standard for service
• Motivate and develop the Front of House team
• Support labour control, stock management, and cost awareness
• Handle guest feedback professionally
• Step up in the GM’s absence

What skills and experience are we looking for in the successful Assistant Restaurant Manager? 

• Current Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or strong Senior FOH ready to step up
• Service-led, organised, and commercially aware
• Calm under pressure and confident with people
• Passionate about fresh food and quality hospitality
