Tonic are assisting our client’s search for a Conference & Banqueting Manager in Birmingham City Centre. Our client is a multi-award-winning caterer who works at some of the UK’s most significant sporting and cultural events and venues. This is an opportunity to work alongside like-minded individuals who have food and customer service at their heart.

What are we looking for in a successful Conference & Banqueting Manager? 

  • Previous experience catering to large numbers 
  • Adaptability working across multi-venue from retail to hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to self-motivate
  • Ability to lead the team and ensure they have fun while getting the job done
  • A strong working knowledge of food safety and health and safety
