Tonic are searching for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our client’s outstanding hospitality venue in Manchester. Our client is a global leader in hospitality and is looking for Pastry chef candidates at the top of their game. You’ll support the Pastry Sous Chef in all areas of the operation, making a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread for an outstanding culinary operation.
What we are looking for in Pastry Chef de Partie applicants:
Two or more year’s experience as a Pastry Chef
Comfortable with large-scale production, hospitality & events
Clear, stable progression must be shown on your CV
