Tonic are searching for a General Manager to lead the team at our client’s market-leading gastro pubs in the Gloucestershire countryside. This client is looking for a proven operator from within premium gastro pubs who is confident managing all aspects of this top-quality operation. What we’re looking for in a General Manager…

• Experience within gastro pubs and/or restaurants is a must for this role
• You will have drive, ambition, and energy, leading the team to deliver the highest standards
• The General Manager must have an understanding of P&L and controlling the bottom line
• Full UK driving license is essential due to the rural location
