Tonic are recruiting a General Manager to to lead this exciting wet-lead venue. You must be a forward thinker and have a successful background in leading busy venues with a T/O in excess of £100k/week. You must be able to show a history of business improvement and be a front-facing GM who enjoys being part of guest’s memorable experiences.

Essential qualities for the General Manager applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager within a busy Bar/Restaurant
• Experience within branded groups is advantageous
• An expert knowledge/passion for hospitality
• A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
