Tonic are recruiting for an innovative Contract Caterer with a focus on people, food and service. They are looking to recruit a General Manager to lead the service delivery at this prestigious Leeds contract. You’ll manage a strong team to deliver first-class service throughout the staff dining and corporate dining.

What we’re looking for in General Manager candidates:

• Looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the contract.
• To be commercially aware
• 5 Star Hotel or corporate high-end hospitality experience would be desirable 
• Contract catering experience is essential
• Passion, enthusiasm and being a foody is essential
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Clear, stable progression must be shown throughout your CV
• Strong financials, payroll and H&S management
