The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and working with local suppliers to deliver a menu that changes regularly with the seasons. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs with strong ambitions.
What are we looking for from the successful Junior Sous Chef candidate?
You will have previous experience working in fresh food gastro pubs/restaurants
