Operations Director – Hospitality Group – Birmingham Based – Basic Salary £80,000 – £100,000 plus bonus and commensurate benefits

Tonic are assisting our clients search for an operations director for their newly formed hospitality business. Our client is looking for someone to create a variety of concepts, plan every element of the operations and take their ideas through to inception.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in operational, commercial and financial hospitality management at board level.
