Property Project Manager – £45,000 – £50,000 per annum – Ideally Manchester-based with regular UK travel

• You’ll join a market leader within the hospitality sector with established sites throughout the UK and further growth plans
• There will be plenty of opportunity for development and growth in this role
• A salary package of up to £50,000 per annum plus bonus

Tonic are currently working with an industry leader within the hospitality market offering first-class hospitality through their food and beverage venues. You’ll join at an exciting time for the company, with an established portfolio based around the UK including Manchester, Birmingham and London. Regular travel will be required for this highly rewarding role.

More about this Project Property Manager opportunity:

• As Property Project Manager you’ll be responsible for managing external contractors whilst working with the operations and internal teams
• Working on onsite maintenance issues, CapEx projects whilst managing and reducing costs
• Liaising with EHO’s, Planning Officers, Building Control and Fire Officers

Our client is looking for someone who has:

• Experience in managing facilities in a multi-site environment
• A true passion for hospitality – it’s where you’ll be working
• A full UK driving licence with your own vehicle
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, plus proficiency in IT
• Organised, efficient and able to work to your own initiative
