Property Project Manager – Food & Beverage/Hospitality – London (with international travel) – £55,000 – £65,000

Tonic is assisting our client’s search for a Property Project Manager with experience in hospitality/food and beverage to join their team to help spearhead global business expansion by managing new property projects from initial site acquisition through the design and construction phases to completion and handover.

What skills/experience are we seeking in the successful Property Project Manager?

  • Professional Project Management qualification (PRINCE 2 Project Management or similar)
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar Property Project Manager role, ideally as an in-house property project manager for a Hospitality/Food & Beverage business
  • Must be able to use 2D CAD software for reviews and drawing
  • Expert knowledge of standard fit-out processes and construction
  • Strong operational experience and knowledge of Commercial Kitchen Design, food and beverage procedures, and ergonomics would be an advantage
  • Strong experience with Food and Beverage projects is a must.
  • Experience with office/commercial and retail projects is beneficial
