Restaurant General Manager – Wareham – Salary £55,000 – £65,000 – 45 hours/week
Tonic are assisting our client’s search for a quality Restaurant General Manager for their fresh food, high-volume operation in Wareham.

What are we looking for in a successful Restaurant General Manager candidate?
·At least 3 years as a General Manager of a stand-alone, quality, high-volume restaurant
·Passion for great food and beverages and giving outstanding service
·A strong knowledge of and an ability to manage the P&L, including forecasting, labour budgeting, control and driving sales
·You will also have a working experience of training and developing your team and disciplinaries
·You will understand what excellence is and how to motivate your people to be their best – every day
