Tonic Talent are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to take ownership of a busy, well-established casual dining operation and lead it with confidence and autonomy. The Restaurant Manager role:

• Lead the restaurant operation day to day, setting the standard for service and performance
• Drive financial results through effective labour control, cost management, and stock accuracy
• Analyse performance reports and make informed operational decisions
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Front of House team
• Ensure excellent guest experience and consistent brand standards
• Maintain full compliance across health & safety, food safety, and internal systems

The successful Restaurant Manager candidate:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing costs and margins
• Confident people leader with the ability to handle team and guest issues calmly and professionally
• Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable with systems, reports, and admin
