You’ll join a national, membership-led organisation that champions thousands of independent food, drink and events businesses across the UK. Trusted, influential and well-established, this organisation works at the intersection of industry, policy, media and commercial partners — shaping conversations and driving real change for its members.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be the organisation’s outward-facing presence: building relationships, representing the sector, influencing stakeholders and ensuring the voice of independent hospitality is heard loud and clear.

What’s in it for the successful candidate? 

  • Basic Salary £40,000 – £50,000 (negotiable for the perfect person) 
  • Extra holiday: +1 day each year after first 3 years (up to 5)
  • Christmas closure: 3–5 days (calendar dependent)
  • Pension: 5% employer / 5% employe
  • Sick pay: Full pay for 10 days in any rolling 12-month period (after probation)
