Tonic are currently supporting our client, a highly regarded restaurant, in the search for a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join their team in Birmingham City Centre. As Sommelier, you will take ownership of the wine offering, curating and maintaining an exceptional wine list while enhancing the overall guest experience through expert knowledge, service, and recommendation.
