Sous Chef – Hotel – Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham – £35,000 -£45,000 package 

Tonic are assisting with our client’s search for a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the back-of-house operations at this stunning hotel.
