Tonic are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our client’s fine dining restaurant in Birmingham. This restaurant is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a seasonal menu. The ideal Assistant Manager will be comfortable leading from the front, delivering a first-class customer experience and helping to lead the team. 

Desirable qualities in Assistant Manager applicants at this level:

• Minimum of 2 years of management/supervisory experience within fine dining restaurants
• A friendly and professional approach, with a great attitude towards work
• A real team player who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
• WSET qualification (desirable but not essential)
