Tonic Talent are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at our client’s high-quality restaurant in Birmingham. You’ll work closely with the senior team, contributing to the creation and delivery of a unique fixed menu. If you’re a dedicated chef with a passion for the finest ingredients and innovative cooking, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for in Sous Chef candidates:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a sous chef within a Michelin-starred restaurant (Or equivalent)
  • Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
  • Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
  • A genuine passion for your craft
