Tonic are recruiting a Chef de Partie for one of our client’s premium B&I contract catering operations in the City of London. You’ll work with the senior chef team to create exciting, on-trend menu choices for their hospitality department. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability and be able to deliver fine dining hospitality to the highest level.

Essential qualities for Chef de Partie applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining kitchens at 3 rosette level and higher
  • A team player who loves what they do!
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
