Deputy General Manager – Branded Restaurant – York – circa £40,000 package 

Tonic are assisting our client’s search for a Deputy General Manager for their much-loved casual dining restaurant. This restaurant group has an excellent reputation, we are looking for a forward-thinking Deputy General Manager to help to lead the team and drive all aspects of the business forward – driving sales, controlling costs and giving guests an unrivalled dining experience.
