Tonic are recruiting a Head Chef to join our client’s fresh food gastro pub in Leicestershire. This restaurant is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with the use of their kitchen gardens. The ideal Head chef will be friendly, adaptable and have a natural passion for food with a track record of training and developing their team.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • Min 5 years as Sous Chef or higher with experience in a minimum of 2 rosette kitchens
  • A friendly and professional approach, with a great attitude towards work
  • Knowledge and passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
